You agree to use the website in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the website.

3. Services Offered

PantryTec provides a digital menu subscription service for senior care facilities. Our Services include dietitian-approved cycle menus (including regular and therapeutic diet variations), compliance support to help meet state regulatory requirements, and related digital content. Menus are delivered electronically (via email in PDF format) on a recurring basis according to your subscription plan.

PantryTec does not provide food sourcing, food preparation, food delivery, or catering services. We provide menu planning and dietary compliance documentation only. Your facility is solely responsible for the procurement, preparation, and serving of all food and beverages based on the menus we provide.

We strive to ensure that our menus meet the highest standards of nutritional accuracy and regulatory compliance. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and individual dietary or medical decisions should always be reviewed by your facility’s own qualified healthcare professionals.

4. Subscription Plans and Access

PantryTec offers multiple subscription tiers (currently Starter, Complete, and Premier plans), each with varying levels of menu customization, therapeutic diet coverage, and support. Details of each plan, including features and pricing, are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.

To subscribe, you must create an account through our subscriber portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Pricing and Payment

PantryTec charges a flat monthly subscription fee, regardless of your facility’s size or resident census. Prices for our subscription plans are listed on our website. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; however, any price changes will not affect your current billing cycle and will be communicated to you in advance.

Payment is due according to the billing terms associated with your subscription plan. Late payments may result in suspension of service. Refund policies, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase or as outlined on our website.

6. Menu Content and Dietitian Approval

All menus provided through our service are designed and/or reviewed by Registered Dietitians to support regulatory compliance for senior care facilities. While our menus are created to meet general state regulatory standards, compliance requirements may vary by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify that the menus meet the specific regulations applicable to your facility and state.

PantryTec is not a licensed healthcare provider. Our menus and dietary documentation are provided for planning and compliance purposes and do not constitute medical or nutritional advice for individual residents. Your facility should consult its own healthcare professionals for individual resident dietary needs.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, layout, design, data, menus, recipes, graphics, and other materials on this website and delivered through our services are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by or licensed to PantryTec.
