By accessing pantrytec.com or subscribing to PantryTec menu services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

PantryTec provides dietitian-approved cycle menus and related documentation for assisted living and senior care facilities on a subscription basis. Menus are planning resources; facilities remain responsible for final meal preparation, dietary compliance, and resident care decisions.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription plans, pricing, and billing terms are described at the time of purchase. Fees are billed on the plan you select and may change with notice.

4. Acceptable Use

Menus and materials are licensed for use within your own facility and may not be resold or redistributed without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

PantryTec provides its menus and materials on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PantryTec is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
